Q. Will the Prescription Price be the same as my Previous Pharmacy?
Yes! We will ensure that we charge the same price for PBS prescription medications as your previous pharmacy. We check that we have received your Concession or Pension card to make sure that you are paying the subsidised price.
This also includes when you reach the Safety Net threshold and you are on the “free list.”
Q. How will I Receive my Medications at the Facility?
Your medications will be delivered directly to the facility by our Pharmacy Courier, ensuring safe and timely arrival.
Q. How often will my Medications be Delivered?
We offer Daily deliveries to the facility. In emergencies, we can also provide after-hours and public holiday delivery service to ensure you never miss a dose.
Q. Is there a Cost for Medication Packaging?
No. There is no cost for your medication packaging. We provide free Webster Packing or Medication Sachets to help you manage your medications safely and easily.
Q. Do I receive any Discount on my Prescriptions?
Yes! You will automatically receive a discount on all PBS medications.
We also match discounted prices for non-PBS medications to offer you the best value.
Q. What Support is available for monitoring my Health Conditions?
If you’re a member of the National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS), you’ll receive a free blood glucose meter to help manage your diabetes effectively.
Q. Who can I speak to if I have Concerns about my Medications?
Our friendly pharmacists are always available to discuss any concerns or questions you may have about your medication. You can contact our pharmacists on 0297591125 or alternatively, speak to the nursing staff or your prescriber at the facility.
Q. What Vaccinations are Available to me?
We offer free Government-subsidised National Immunisation Program vaccinations:
- Influenza
- COVID-19
- Shingles
- Pneumococcal disease
Q. How can I Pay for my Medications?
Michael Vasili Chemist will provide you with a 30-day Pharmacy Account, payable at the end of each month.
Choose from our flexible Payment Options: Direct Debit, our Online Payments Gateway, Bank Transfer, or Over-the-phone payment—whichever is most convenient for you.
